Well its now up to the medical department, and hopefully it will go over better this time.
I was able to get both things I was missing, I probably called both the medical department there and my doctors about 5 times each today, checking in every few hours to see if things had been sent/arrived.
They have, and they are sending everything out today and I should hear back tomorrow on whether or not I am PQ'd.
I highly doubt that I will be able to leave on sunday anymore, but hopefully (oh man do I hope) I should still be able to go. I mean, technically me leaving on sunday would mean I was leaving a week or so early, so maybe I just won't be going early?? Ugh lets hope....
